Floor was really sticky. Not much toiletries available. No ice machine available. Attendants were nice upon check in and out. Very minimal interaction. Sheets were clean. TV list was nice. Small fridge and Microwave was good. Nice area. Quiet. Would stay again. Thanks

My standards are very modest (I happily stay a Hotel 6 all the time). This place failed to meet even the budget hotel standard (not even close actually). Many parts of the room were dirty (especially the windows and baseboards). There were holes in the wall and peeling paint. The room smelled terrible. I had to leave the windows open all day and night.

Everything is comfortable and good there.I come to Ventura quite often for medical reasons and I prefer to only stay there.The only times I don’t is when I’ve waited too long to book my stay and is full occupancy Everyone in the office there are super helpful very professional,and good people.Thank you

Room was clean and spacious. Property is old but well maintained. Only two negative issues; there was no mirror in the bathroom or anywhere else in the room. The only rooms that had a King bed as we requested were on the second floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are steep and handrails extremely low. With arthritis and a knee replacement the trips up and down the stairs were excruciating. We would definitely stay again if there were a ground floor room available.
