Holes in sheets. Dirt mattress and bedding. Kitchen drawers dirty inside. Very small amount of kitchen supplies. Refrigerator and freezer dirty. Bed was very soft and felt like a waterbed. Trash blowing around outside. Piles of flooring and tile stacked outside room. Looks like they rushed to remodel but didn’t finish. Only shampoo was like a ketchup packet with shampoo/conditioner. No body wash and two very small bars of soap. Could t access back of tv as it wouldn’t move on bracket to connect a Roku. Shower head leaks unless turn knob just eight. Has potential to be a nice place with more cleaning, new beds and attention to details.

So I book the room for two days and I arrive one day early. I booked the day before and the holiday. I got there earlier than expected so I asked instead of trying to got back on the app to book that night. I asked the clerk how much it would be to book the night before my scheduled reservation and the quote me the price I was paying for the tonight just for that night. I don’t understand how me trying to book a room for one night is the cost of two nights. Im from another state so I just felt they were trying to take advantage of me. So I booked another room to avoid being over priced. Being that it’s looks family own and the owners stay on the property. The oven in the kitchen did not work.

Beds and linens were comfortable and clean but kitchen and bathroom were in really poor shape. We have paid much less for cleaner/newer accommodations in more expensive cities before.

Huge rooms and full kitchens

We stayed one night, got the 2 Queen room which has a full kitchen and is a large room. The beds were comfy and the bathroom looked like one from your house. Furniture is a little dated and that's the reason for the one lower mark but overall this place is great for the money and the staff very friendly. The parking can be a little difficult at times also. The room was bigger than my apartment!

Seemed newly updated. Full kitchen was nice, comfortable bed, eclectic furnishings. We were concerned about possible noise from busy street next to hotel but with windows closed and fan on, it was quiet.

While it may be a somewhat “vintage” style property. The building and grounds are clean and well maintained. The size of the room and kitchen facilities were a pleasant surprise. Although we were only staying one night, the kitchen makes it ideal for a multi day stay. Good quality WiFi and sufficient, conveniently located outlets for charging devices. We found several nice dining options within easy walking distance
