Everything was perfect from the spa service. We tried all the dining and restaurants inside also. The pool was relaxing . Great location from night market and historical buildings

Was my first visit to Vientiane. Seemed like a good choice for hotel.

For what I paid the hotel is exellent … the staff are very helpful from reception to the dining to housekeeping… it’s not the most modern but it’s fare for the price … it’s very quite if you need to sleep and only minutes from the centre … all in all a good stay !

Staff is friendly

Comparing same price range and hotel class, the rooms are much smaller in size, the lighting in poor (entrance and walkway to bathroom is dark), the entrance is very large and spacious but only 1 sofa for guests to sit / wait, the staff doesn’t greet guests as they walk in, the cleaning staff still comes in to clean your room even with the do not disturb sign on. Overall there are better same class hotel with better customer service, larger rooms and better overall value for your money.

Amazing hotel and very clean room. Amazing staff knowledgeable of English. In a good environment. Overall 10/10.
