Great resort, free self-service laundry. Bring your own pods in a plastic soap dish. Fabric sheets in a zip loc bag. Book your excursions there, they are very efficient with those. Book your dinner reservations when you get there. Silk and Calabash are upstairs in the air conditioning. Didn't go to the vegan restaurant. The Italian restaurant has fan but not air conditioning. Lovely resort and super nice staff. Waterpark closes at 5. Go see the petting zoo, take a few carrots or an apple. Gym was very efficient for anyone who works out. Be sure to fill out your custom form before going and print it makes the process a lot faster and smoother. Ask the front when the merchants are coming to the resorts with the possible souvenir's. Much nicer than going off the resort to buy them. Take advantage of the free shuttle to the other beach. This resort is on the Atlantic side so the water isn't crystal clear. We did the land and sea excursion. It was fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Bay. The food (especially the buffet and Jerkhouse) was amazing - very delicious and not too heavy. The pools were great and the kids liked the lazy river and slides. We liked all the activities available for each day and the Event Coordinators make it fun. We also arranged an excursion through the Adventure Desk which was very simple. I’d recommend going to the Sulphur Springs. The staff are excellent! It’s very clean and everyone is friendly. Travel to the airport is very convenient and they offer a complimentary shuttle. I’d rank this as one of our top hotel experiences. It was overall a wonderful trip and we’d go back. I would mention that the tree frogs are loud at night but you get used to it and there is a seaweed smell sometimes as you are closer to the ocean but it’s all fine and does not take away from the property.

Excellent choice we made to come to Coconut Bay! Food and dining options was fantastic, coffee and bar service up to par all day! Staff was great alround, Gym was easily accessible and available. I couldn't ask for more. Entrainment nighltly and games to play for anyone to join like Bingo, corhole, and dancing. I even got a carnival chip! I visited at a good time! My daughter loved the water which wasn't too complicated, just right! Everything was great!

The jack treehouse was amazing! The only issue we had was my husband booked a table for the Italian restaurant celebrate our honeymoon but we actually weren't seated there which we found a bit strange.

We spent 7 days on the family side. Was not too crowded, always able to find chairs by one of the many pools. Housekeeping was always there to provide you what you needed. Restaurants and buffet had plenty to offer, good tasting, nicely seasoned. Some theme nights offered better foods than others. Would be good if the bar stayed open a bit later. Our family had a wonderful experience at Cocobay and would love to return. The only reason for not giving a five-star rating is that the rooms could use some updating; however, we were informed by the staff that renovations are scheduled for September. Despite this, our stay was fantastic. The staff were exceptional, and the food exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of activities on the resort, and the pools were enjoyable. I appreciated the kids club, where I received a cell phone to stay in touch with my children. Shannelle, Sara, Trish, and Sueanna provided excellent care, and my kids particularly enjoyed it. (Amelia and Amar) Overall, it was a great stay.

The staff was great. From the moment I arrived until I left, staff was excellent. Our waiters(Brad & Stacy) made sure we had everything we and would go get something if it was not available. Peggy made sure the room was clean and we had enough towels and essential daily. Talking to them was like locating a family member you haven’t seen years.

Lots of seaweed in the area made the beach connected to the property unusable for the duration of our trip. The hotel did have a 15 minute shuttle to a beach on the other side of the island to compensate so we could access a beach there, instead. Staff, accommodations, food, and activities are all great.

My stay at this resort was fantastic, workers were nice and very helpful with whatever was needed. Property was cleaned, Food in the buffet was not too great but there were many other options that you will be sure to find something you like. It was a nice family orientated resort close to the airport. Will definitely visit again
