Very nice hotel.

Stayed overnight for a wedding at Cave Springs Vineyard, a quick drive from the hotel and the QEW is nearby. Very nice location next to Lake Ontario. Noticed the hotel has a nice size pool, great if you have kids with you. As ours was a quick overnighter we didn't use the facilities or neighbouring restaurant, but I would recommend this Ramada to anyone who needs to stay in at area.

A simple hotel/inn not a lot of frills. Not a hotel you go to to stay in the room a lot but at the end of the day it’s safe, cute and clean.

Front desk was completely unhelpful. I kept seeing these charges coming on my credit card during my stay when I had only authorized the $150 security deposit and paid for the rest of my stay by debit. Come to find out after departure they double charged me for my room price. They claim I’ll be receiving a refund on my debit but my concern is that I only authorized the security deposit to by credit card and now I’m being charged the full room price.

Nice hotel by the lake and only 20 minutes drive to Niagara on the lake. A lot cheaper than staying in Niagara area. And the room also have a lake view. Beautiful and quiet.
