The room was super clean. The whole property was fantastically clean, actually. Everyone I ran into for my entire week stay was genuinely friendly and accommodating. Important! If you smell cigarette/weed smoke in your room call the front desk immediately. They will go and investigate. When I did they went and checked it out and it stopped almost immediately (even though the folks apparently said that they were NOT smoking, lol). They were being sneaky and smoking in the bathroom. Are you crazy? No no no! Thou Shalt Not! Smelled it in the afternoon as well as like, 5:30am. Naughty-naughty! So back to the stay. Breakfast was fresh. Enjoyed the OJ and fruit most days. Pool was great. Hot tub was bubbly-bub-bub. Surrounding area was walkable with a children's park about 5-10 minutes away. Swings and all that fun stuff. Full kitchen means no need for fast food/junk food every day. Did I mention the rooms are clean as a whistle? Got to meet one of the top brass while checking out and had previously observed him actually straightening up the property. That's how you know the place is run well. I pay attention to everything. Will definitely keep this place in my faves and come back again. Had a great week!

First time seeing that bed sheets were not included when booking a room. That was different. But the room was nice size and so was the bathroom! Wish they had a complimentary breakfast but there’s many choices inside and outside the hotel! Only other thing is waiting for the $100 security deposit to be returned back. But overall wasn’t a bad stay!

I got my menstrual cycle and bled really bad. It got on the mattress pad and the Hotel charged me 250.00! If this doesn't get resolved I will blast it on the internet Im very upset!

A one night stay was all we needed to see what a great hotel this is. The AGM is incredibly helpful, hotel is new, fresh and clean. Great amenities, easy parking, quiet yet right in the middle of all the activities Wilmington has to offer. A nice touch is the free breakfast and happy hour each day. I would stay here again.

No one broke into my car and i didn't see any bugs. That's the best i can say for this place. I have pretty low standards, and i would not book here again. The facilities are extremely outdated. The whole place needs a few coats of paint and some elbow grease, not to mention a new elevator, some hardcore parking lot cleanup and room repairs. The staff was incredibly nice and it was surprisingly quiet but i left a night early to go check in elsewhere.

Breakfast is great. Staff is great. The hotel needs some renovations. I had to change rooms because there were ants. They accommodate it me to another room but on the next day i saw ants on that room too.
