there was no internet in the hotel so no streaming television like Netflix or Disney plus. The room was very old and outdated, the water in the toilet kept running all day and night long, the faucet in the sink has only one setting, burning hot with no pressure at all. The continental breakfast was closed on Saturday and on Sunday they only had yogurts and pancake mix which taste terrible. The whole facility was very dirty and smelled like cigarets.

Yes, manager was rude, notjing but prostitutes, drig dealers, kids running around late night, kids unattended dog poop drug throughout the hallways, o blankets for the bed..fell down the stairs bevause it was wet with no wet signs. They dont want the hats working class people there at all. They want you ofcyou sell drugs and have underground business going on. Not worth the money they charge.

First room I was in had bed bugs. Someone knocked on my door an hour before checkout time and asked rudley if I was staying or leaving.the beds are to hard and the pillows are no good. The breakfast is just a waffle maker u have to make yourself. I'm going to pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time

Hello, I would like to explain a situation during my stay and kindly request a partial compensation or discount, not a full refund. On the first night, I was given a two-bedroom room instead of the one-bedroom room I expected. I still stayed the night. However, there was a bad smell, and the refrigerator was not working. I informed the front desk the next morning. For the second night, I was moved to another room. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the refrigerator in this room was also not working. I placed my food and items in the fridge, and in the morning they were spoiled because the fridge did not work. I immediately contacted the front desk and showed them the refrigerator and the damaged food in person. They saw the items, and I threw them away in the room trash so it could be checked. The value of the damaged items is about $300, and I can show the items and food details if needed. I am not requesting a full refund. I only kindly ask for a small discount, partial compensation, or credit for this inconvenience and loss. Thank you for your time and understanding. I appreciate your help.
