The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. They were consistently warm and welcoming. They answered questions and offered informed advice. The room was small but laid out beautifully, giving a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The location was wonderful. It was across the street from the train station. It is a five minute walk to the art museum. It is a two minute walk to the funicular which takes you up to the cathedral and restaurants and shops of downtown. A bonus for vegetarians and salad lovers: there’s a historic cafe in the train station with great food and coffee. And the setting is lovely.

Lovely hotel - beautiful location

The room even though right next to the railway station was very quiet. Only thing was had to get cartons of milk from downstairs as none were left in the room.

Great property by old town. I had a Lakeview room which was wonderful. I cut my foot on some broken glass in the room which was unfortunate but otherwise nice facility.

Rated 4 star hotel. However, the amenities are not very good . Cleanliness is required. Found stsin on the bedsheets.

Restaurant and room had spectacular views. Free transport in vicinity of the hotel was provided. Convenient to airport and all amenities! Very clean.
