The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom products were replenished. Complimentary breakfast was always hot and changed daily. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived late and needed to add extra days. Conveniently located next to Gundersen Lutheran hospital with underground connection. Signage between the hospital and hotel could be improved. Hotel offers a discount to visitors who have someone in the hospital when booked with the hotel directly.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a slight issue with the bathroom, but it was attended to rught away. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hot tub and pool were relaxing. Breakfast was good. The restaurant next door was excellent.

Such an enjoyable stay at this unique and quaint VRBO. The caboose was spotless and well stocked with anything one could need. Loved the fireplace and hot tub! John was most accommodating - keeping us informed of upcoming snowstorm before our reservation and offering to extend our stay or reschedule at the last minute.

Stayed during Winter Storm Elsa. Staff was kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean and well kept. Would recommend a stay anytime.
