Great place, just wish there was more free parking and also wish that my room 103 had a better front door seal as crickets, mozzies and cockroaches kept crawling under from the car park door next to it. Loved the place though and staff were very friendly.

Check in staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Duty manager on Saturday morning was very polite ,friendly, efficient and she was very helpful with my complaints. The spa room I was allocated the first day I arrived was near the kitchen exhaust fans, very noisy, was like that most of the day, the window wouldn't close and ceiling fan was dusty. The lovely duty manager was very helpful , upgraded my room which was absolutely perfect !! I could not fault this suite.

Very good location, short walk to beach

Hotel in ideal position, short walk to beach and to lake pertrobe area for things to do, also not far to walk into main city area for food places if needed. Room was very good, bed comfortable. All staff excellent from check in to room cleaning. We had the buffet breakfast on the days we were there, was a reasonable choice of options.

Wow! Beautiful hotel and beautiful area. By far and away the best place we have stayed in on our Great Ocean Road Trip and we have stayed in some excellent places. The 2 hour Spa session was fabulous and fantastic value at $46. Restaurant clean, good food and reasonable prices. We (4 adults) paid extra for a top floor penthouse and we were not disappointed. Two big bedrooms with large en-suites and 2 big seating areas at either end. Improvement? Maybe a chair or 2 on the balcony but that is being really picky!

Loved the penthouse rooms. Great facilities, great view and everything you need is in the hotel space. Staff are very friendly. Great beach for kids just across the road and parks around the corner are fantastic. Have been here before and will definitely be back!
