My family and I had an EXCELLENT stay at the AC Hotel. We were visting for the game! The staff were super friendly and helpful!! The rooms looked very new, clean and spacious with a very nice view of downtown DC!! The Hotel is in a great location very walkable! You'll be near everything! Capital One Arena is right up the street from the hotel, a 6 min walk! Parking was very convenient and reasonable. We parked at the Safeway Garage which is right across the street from the hotel. Only $30!! We will definitely be back Asoon!

When we got to the first room we were given, there was candle wax on the end table as well as the floor and a dark hair on the bed. We were moved to another room, however literally 15 minutes later they checked another member of my party into the same exact room with the same candle wax still on the table. Also we seen in pictures of the rooms had a couch in them and none of the 3 rooms we booked had a couch. The water to shower was very cold. We tried to take a shower multiple times throughout the day and the water never got warm no matter how long we let the water run. Also I understand the rooms not having a microwave, but I think each floor should have a community microwave alongside of the ice machine instead of having to go all the way downstairs to warm up food. The parking situation was extremely confusing bc we thought that valet was optional, not the only option the hotel offered. Also idk if it was hotel security at the door but when me and my group of friends (2other ladies, women of color) walked in they asked to physically see the room key while 2 white women walked in at the same time and they were not asked. I feel like we were profiled as the other women just walked in and towards the elevator.

My flight was canceled because of severe weather and Marriott would not let me cancel my hotel reservation. I will never book with Marriott ever again. Over $3000 charged for nothing. And Marriott’s customer service is terrible

Front desk reps. Very friendly and professional. Restaurant and bar manager , Anthony, professional and very friendly personality. Room was modern and nicely done . Parking was my only issue. However I know space is limited in the inner city. Overall I would recommend your hotel. Thank you to all . Front door employees were really nice as well.
