The property was nice and clean but a little out of date. Our phone can't stream onto the TV, you have to actually log in on the TV. I put in a service request that says completed but it was really not. They did make it easy for me to swap from a double room to a king room which was nice.

Perfect stay in DC

Great Marriott hotel, centrally located and within walking distance to the convention center (and everywhere else within 20min!). I came to run a race and the room was just perfect, super stylish, clean and comfortable. The gym was spacious, clean and well equipped! I will be staying here again.

We arrived early at AC Marriott Downtown and were told no rooms were available yet, which was understandable. We left our name to be notified when our room was ready, but we never received a text. When we returned at 3 PM, the King Corner room I had paid for was no longer available, and we were given a double queen room instead—not ideal, but we had no other choice. The room itself was okay, but there were a few issues. The TV was broken, and the shower had very low water pressure, which was frustrating. On a positive note, the rooftop social bar was really nice, with a great view! The location is also a plus, as it’s close to many attractions. Overall, the stay was fine, but the lack of communication and room mix-up left me disappointed. Would love to see better service in the future!

Overall, it was a good stay. However, I was disappointed that the Terrace Bar closed early, so we didn’t get a chance to check it out. The rooms could also use better soundproofing, as we could hear people walking by outside. On the bright side, the lobby bartenders were fantastic—super attentive and skilled at making excellent drinks. Their service definitely stood out and made the experience more enjoyable.

Loved the property appearance, but staff will not allow earlier entry before 3 pm without a charge. Apart from that the area at night would get very rowdy and multiple nights fight would break out. Our room was on the fifth floor and you can hear everything happening in the first floor outside.
