Exceeded expectations

I normally don’t leave reviews unless I’ve had a bad experience, but the service and experience really was awesome. The staff was friendly, they allowed me an early check-in at no passion cost as I hadn’t slept the night before and arrived in DC early. Small things like that really made my experience great. The atmosphere is sophisticated, but fuss-free. They also offer a happy hour in the lobby at the bar that I didn’t take advantage of but it seemed lovely. Located right across from a 24 hours WaWa and Starbucks right around the corner (3 mins walking). For this to be my first time in DC, I definitely know where I’ll be staying next time I visit. Thanks for a great experience!

Cons: Only negative was checking out - the line was long and there was only 1 person at the desk who was problem solving a billing issue with a client. I needed to check my overnight bag for the day otherwise I would have left the key.
