This 1858 home underwent a renovation in 2019. It has modern bathrooms and kitchen, heating and air conditioning, but retains an amazing amount of its original historic materials. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood, then walk one block to a bustling city life. The Eastern Market/Barracks Row/Nationals Stadium neighborhood is full of things to do, and you can easily jump on the Metro to explore DC’s sights.
