recently had the misfortune of interacting with a rude and racist male staff member at the front desk during the night shift. His unhelpful demeanor and tendency to talk excessively made the experience unpleasant. When I asked for my room number, he simply told me to look at the back of my card, without providing further assistance. While I appreciate the importance of maintaining guest privacy, I was unaware that my room number was printed on the card. This experience was particularly disappointing, given my family's positive history with Marriott. Fortunately, the female staff member working during the day was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is amazing and the level of service is top notch! It's just in the wrong location. Nonstop traffic and not very safe. As I got in Uber at 4:30 one day to attend an event a large crowd broke out in front of the hotel and then a big fight ensued. It was scary.
