I cant say enough to express how wonderful the staff at this hotel were during our stay. From Marco the night shift desk attendee, to the security guards to the Starbucks employees to the daytime desk attendees to the cleaninf staff, every single person working in that building deserves 6 stars. 5 is not enough. Pay them more! They work so hard! A special mention needs to be shouted out for the valets!!!! The street sotuation is chaotic and theres a lot going on in the narrow space in front of the hotel. I was fascinated. Theyre incredible at that job. Pay everyone double 😆 the facilites are kept very clean, housekeeping left us the sweetest persinal note from our cleaning staff and at every turn we were greeted with a little something to make us feel more at home there. It really showed how thoughtful each staff person was. They each showed us so much grace, patience and kindness and made is feel so well taken care of! The neighborhood is definitely urban, so expect it to be urban. Theres a train station, a 711 and a dominos in the same building. Our inly suggestion is to put step stools in the bathroom for kids to wash hands and brush teeth. Our only critique was that the pool was a little cold. A wonderful experience and the BEST customer service! I could go on and on. Great staff. ❤️
We stayed in the top corner of the building. The room was enormous and had windows on both outer walls so we could watch the city street and the light rail station. We loved people watching and seeing all the trains! Quieter than I expected!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable! I was happy to see that you couldn’t access the floors with the rooms unless you had a hotel key. However, the area of the hotel did not feel safe.

We broke down before we were able to make it they charged us the full price for a room we never stayed it both hotels.com and the hotel could not help us we lost our money so. Don't let any issues arise before traveling it's a waste of money.
