EIN needs to be accepted and I had issues regardless where I purchase or locked the deal. They did not accept my EIN which is against the law.. Some crap given it has t be 501 C from D. C 501 C are federal tax exempt not state and D.C is not a state

The room does not have microwave and coffee maker. Need to go down to the lobby to get hot water. Very inconvenient; Long waiting line. The hotel does not have breakfast and charges parking at $25, very expensive. The check-in process was slow. The front desk staff was not sure if the deposit was charged or not. He asked me to check my bank account. But the amount definitely would not appear on my bank account immediately. This is time wasting.

Yes, I was comfortable in that room. The heating was horrible and the water was cold. Also, bugs were in the room which made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep.
