Built in 1850, this location offers modern craftsmanship and comfort while maintaining historic character and charm. Beautifully furnished and light-filled, we’re located right smack in the heart of Capitol Hill!

A lower staircase with a locked gated entrance will lead you into a very comfortable living room area with two couches, hardwood floors with oriental rugs, a fireplace, 50-inch flat-screen Smart HD TV, a work desk and a table for dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the amenities – oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.

There are two (2) bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with a twin bed. Fresh linens, pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. We can also accommodate a fourth guest by placing an additional twin bed in the adjoining back insulated porch room area if you require this. Please notify us in advance. No extra fee will be charged.

There is one full bathroom equipped with fresh towels, shampoos/conditioners, shower gels, soap and a hairdryer. Please note - access to the bathroom is through the second twin bedroom.

Central air-conditioned. Free Wifi, Direct TV w/ HBO & Showtime, a washer/dryer and a FREE parking permit for street parking. Added bonus is the use of the gorgeous landscaped backyard which includes patio furniture and BBQ.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave sheets and beds unmade. Our cleaning crew will strip the beds and attend to the laundry when they get here. Put all used towels in the shower.
Take out the garbage - remember cans/bottles/cardboard in the BLUE can and regular garbage in GREEN can. If a Parking Pass was provided, please return it & put it on the table in the front hallway.
Lock the doors and put the keys back in the Lockbox if I provided one during your stay. If I am at the house, text me when you depart so I can enter afterwards and lock the unit.
