Great staff, not so great hotel

This is a very shabby hotel. I was quite surprised given the cost. The room I was in faced an industrial air unit out the window and had a deafening noise. The staff was quite accommodating and kind, though, and the place was clean. It's just clearly neglected by the corporation that owns it.

Staff was great! Specifically Bobby, Christian, and Frank. Room was quiet and clean and bed was comfortable. Really liked the Navy Yard area. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and visited the roof top bar & dining.

Upon entering the room it have a good cleaning supply smell. The tv would go to any channel or Netflix except the channel it’s on. There was a random hair in the shower too. Staff and accommodations were fantastic. One of us forgot a tooth brush and why provide one. Also extra towels were provided upon asking with out a hassle.
