The room looked clean, which was good to see. Overall, the stay was fine, but there were a few things that could be improved. The toilet was very low for height and not very comfortable. Also, I did not see anywhere on the website that parking requires an additional fee. Since you’re already staying at the hotel, it would be nice if parking was included. Breakfast was decent and met expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and kind, which made us feel welcome right away. The location was great, with a beautiful view of downtown Washington, DC. My kids especially loved the free breakfast each morning—it was a perfect way to start our days. We would definitely stay here again!

I usually never have any issues with Hampton Inn’s & always consider them clean & safe. This trip changed my view. For clarity, we stayed Sunday evening- Wednesday morning. Check in was rough & took a while- payment was poorly explained by the staff. The room was clean upon arrival & set up nicely. Tuesday night, a cockroach looking bug was crawling around the bathroom. The mini fridge was not working and had an awful odor. I will not be staying at this Hampton inn again as I am very disappointed. It probably would have been fine for a quick 1-2 night trip, but we were disappointed.
