We had an awesome experience. The staff were accommodating and professional. I love the proximity to the entire District. Breakfast is on point. We highly recommend this location
The hotel staff was great, very friendly and helpful! Mr. Kenny was wonderful in helping to obtain our boarding passes. Luis and Ricky were very helpful as well. The housekeeping staff always said hello and would come back to clean your room if you requested. The lobby and rooms are kept very clean. No complaints here.
We stayed there 3 nights. It was a great location close to the Nat'Mall. I was worried about walking around DC but was surprised on how easy it was to get around. We walked from the hotel down to the wharf and back in the evening and felt safe. Another time we walked a mile north of the hotel for dinner and again felt very safe to and from the restaurant. Taxis are always available right out front. The breakfast dinning was great (a slight step up from normal hotel breakfast.) The room was cleaned each day. No real complaints except we had to ask for our food vouchers.
It was a good location. Close to the museums. On our second night, the fire alarm went off after midnight. It was an inconvenience being woken up from sleep and worrying if the hotel was on fire or something horrible happening. We packed our important things and went out of the room and almost made it to the stairs down. There were guests I saw at window that made it to the ground floor with their kids. There was no email or info given to the guests about it to appease the minds. I only heard from other guests that it was a false alarm.
Very central location and great option for families. Parking is really easy too - garage is located basically in the hotel. Really nice fitness area and pool on the rooftop. Starbucks in lobby.
From the check in, to restaurant/bar, cleaning people, everyone was professional and helpful. Not a single issue ans it was close to everything. Always had cabs out front if u needed. They even helped arrange for a cab early bc of our return flight. You will not regret staying here. 5☆'s
The stay was good, hotel overall very clean, the staff cleaning the room was very nice. Location in regards to museum and monuments was awesome, the bad thing was that our room was on the fourth floor and because of the terrain there was a train track right at our window. You could feel and hear the train very loud during the night, in the early morning even using the whistle. In the lobby the air hockey table had no air so wasn't functional and the foosball table had a ball that wasn't the correct size but at least you could somehow play.

Kendall at the front desk was amazing, friendly and very helpful.
Nice place. Close to the Mall and to the Museum of the Bible.
Very busy when we checked in. Waited awhile and the clerk tried to put me in room 666. No hotel should even have that number.
Great location. Terrific brunch breakfast with staff to complete. Kenny at the welcome desk was the best! Kudos to Josephine in the restaurant for her great service too.
