Wanted a room in a quiet area. Unfortunately, rooms on both sides were noisy (drug addicts walking back and forth knocking on each others doors) and I was unable to sleep. I had to request to change rooms. Finally got to sleep at 3am. May I suggest "quiet hours" clause? Staff was understanding and accommodating. Saw a roach in my bathroom. Overall okay.

Okay place to stay

Room was small but not cramped. All doors opened to the outdoors, which I liked. I stayed on the backside which seemed quieter plus there was a creek nearby which had a calming effect.

Very Comfortable and Clean Place to Stay!

The stay was nice but it seemed just a little noisy during the late evening with someone staying above me on the second floor as I was on the first floor. Overall it was comfortable to sleep in and very clean. Not sure why it gets a bad rap from people but I have never had a bad experience staying here.
