STAY CLEAR AWAY! The electricity stopped 15 minutes after arriving and there was no hot water. The room has a pile of dead ants under the TV stand and there were small dirt particles throughout the room and bathroom. And, the room is outdated. The rooms appears to be built in the 1970s with no recent renovations. When I complained to the front desk about the hot water and no electricity. She explained to me that they are trying to repair their generator. And, she can give me a KETTLE OF HOT WATER TO WASH WITH!!! WHAT?! I asked for a refund and called hotels.com to report the issue and left the hotel. The hotel refused to refund my money.

It is ideally situated. Easy access to the beach. The main issue with that is that there is a club/bar that runs till late into the night and make it impossible to have a good night sleep.

Hotel staff and location were nice. No hot shower, no keys of the window, and no TV program..... always noisy... Mpango restaurant （next to the hotel)provide amazing Italian food.

Very good location but the hotel need some paint job. The cleaning of the rooms is best I ever experienced. The electricity is unreliable. No restaurant at the hotel when we were there. Extremely good value for what we paid. Other hotel was 3 time's more expensive.

L’incubo

Premessa: chiamo prima di arrivare in albergo considerando il gran caldo mi assicuro che la struttura ha l’aria condizionata, al mio arrivo proviamo svariate camere tutte abbastanza sporche e fatiscenti unica nota positiva aria condizionata. Una volta sistemate le valigie usciamo fuori dal residence per andare a cena al nostro rientro troviamo un ventilatore fuori la porta, chiedo al receptionist cosa significasse e lo stesso mi risponde che l’aria è rotta in tutta le stanze considerando che avevo prenotato il residence solo ed esclusivamente per l’aria condizionata gli chiedo un rimborso ed esco via dal residence. Conclusione della storia mi sono ritrovato alle 23 di sera a vagare con la mia compagna in cerca di albergo e non sono nemmeno stato rimborsato! Non so se è peggiore il sito dove ho prenotato ovvero hotels o la struttura
