First, elevator was down and my girlfriend has a bad knee and they had our room on the 3rd floor. I ask for a room on the first floor. They didn't had one open. I was in town for a bowling tournament i have a 3-ball bag that I was not carrying up 3 flight of stairs. They could let someone know this was going on. Also remodeling going on ,dust everywhere My girlfriend knee hurt cause walking up those stairs. If i have known i would pick some place else to stay. Very disappointed

The property was under construction and everything was left a mess, everywhere. We were first given a key to check into a room that was trashed. The fire/smoke detectors were all covered/wrapped in painters tape. The rear entry door was never locked, even late at night. We paid for a hot tub room and were told none were available. They then gave us a room, supposedly at “half price” with two queen beds. The beds were not queen size, they were set atop a basic metal frame and no headboard. There was a desk, but no chair. So no place to sit in the room except on the bed. Thankfully the bed was comfortable, even though we had to sleep separately.

I pre-checked in but was told my name wasn't on the reservation when I showed up, so I asked if the confirmation number was correct after I handed the guy my phone to check it and I never got a answer, another guy came up and they had a conversation about my reservation in a different language, very rude in my opinion
