Cold Shower

The hotel was clean. The staff was quick and friendly, but unfortunately the shower water did not get hot in room 109. The sink had hot water but not the shower.

Nice place

Stayed on the 3rd room smelt like it was just remodeled and the bed seemed new. Hot tub was nice and hot. Pool was nice and big. Desk greeted us right away.

The whole reason for staying was because of the hot tub. We came from wabeno. To stay in a room with a hot tub due to the storm. Well it didnt work and so our trip was poignant and totally not satisfied at all. Havent got discounts or any apology etc.

Pool was fun, condition not so great

It was kinda dirty, lots of construction though. The pool was fun for the kids. The fire alarms went off about 7-10 times one day. We had a floor lamp that was in three pieces, our jacuzzi didn't work, the fan above the jacuzzi didn't work and the light above it only worked randomly. Breakfast didnt have a lot of options.

The recliner and desk chair in the room were broke so options for sitting were limited. Paint splatter in several places gave the appearance of an unclean room.

Looks nice, feels bad

While the facility was newly remodeled, there were still several concerns. There were no lightbulbs in any of the lamps, the TV had a protective wrap on it, there was no clock and the soap bottles and dispensers were coverer in goop. There was a group partying loudly all night, kids running up and down the halls. Someone plowed behind the building from 4-6am with a loud reverse alarm. We were in town because a family member was in the hospital and couldn't sleep the whole night. Additionally, the shower would randomly release spurts of water. The building looked nice but thr stay didn't feel nice.

Eggs and sausage for breakfast was cold / partially frozen. milk in cartons didn't taste good. Pool was nice, lack of pool towels though. Bed was kinda hard for my liking. Our room had an odor Everytime we entered it.

Bowling trip

Our stay was very good. They are doing some remodeling, so there was drywall and stuff on the floor, but it shows that they are trying to take care of the hotel and make it better so it didnt bother us at all. We had a issue with someone in our party losing a wallet and they were very accommodating as far as seeing if they could track it down. They watched the cameras for us and made sure that no one was in the room and it was not anywhere in the hotel itself. We would definitely stay again.
