The front desk service is OUTSTANDING!! We arrived Thanksgiving evening and she could not have been more helpful, cheerful and kind. This is why we keep Coming back. This property has been my go to hotel and dining room for years. When it was. Hotel Sofitel too! The staff and dining and bar have always been great! I have been coming here since 2006. Sammy the manager and Jody, a server, have been great to see them when I stop. Horah!
