Stay on the Beachside of Atlantic Ave at Wells Beach. The convenience of beach access with this home is remarkable. The square footage of our home is about 725, but the whole small house is yours . Three upstairs bedrooms and 1 upstairs bathroom with Marsh views and even a little bedroom ocean view as well. If you are looking for super beach access and a small house that is all yours for your week, than this is it. Out your front door, along the right side of the beach house and onto the beach! Could not be easier beach access. Easy in and out parking for two mid sized cars alongside Atlantic Ave and right next to the house. (All stays contingent on receipt of signed rental agreement)

We are second time renters w/ David & Rebecca, first time at this location. Both locations we have stayed at I always appreciate the details- fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, lovely decor. The house was nicely updated but still had some of its older charm. We loved the porch- a nice place to see the ocean or watch the cars go by while enjoying the marsh view.We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better stay, I highly recommend this adorable home by the sea!

Property was very clean. Small but so perfect for 3 people, the owner really made the most of the space. Literally walk out your door, and you are at the beach. Owner was responsive to a few minor issues. Will go back.

This was a cute house steps away from the ocean.. ample room inside and very clean!! Host was very communicative and quickly answered questions we had.. the maintainence team was great too and showed us where grill was and even made sure we knew where to park .. we love wells and will definitely be returning to the area next year !!! The location was good. Short walk to the beach. There is no heat upstairs. Upstairs is cold. No extra toilet paper or paper towels. Woodwork in bathroom is dirty. The oven was dirty and unusable. We found a big piece of broken glass near the front of the couch from a previous visitor. The downstairs needs updating! Broken blinds. Needs a good thorough cleaning.

Hot House

This house is conveniently located as it has quick access to the beach. The house was advertised as air-conditioned. There was one air conditioner in an upstairs bedroom. The one air conditioner did not cool the house and there were NO fans anywhere to be found. We couldn't leave curtains open in upstairs bedrooms to let the breeze through when sleeping as we were visible to the neighbors and all passing by. Using the stove made the house even hotter and there was no ventilation for the stove. The double beds should be upgraded to queen size since the bedrooms have minimal space anyway. Double beds make it difficult for two to sleep comfortably. The stacked washer and dryer were accessible for the three units on this property but were very small. The dryer got very hot, almost too hot to take clothes out with bare hands. Lint often collected in the trap and is a fire hazard if users do not remove the lint each time. The house is super cute, but needs air conditioning. The price was way too high for what this place offered.

Quaint beach cottage - perfect location

The house is in a perfect location. We sat on the porch listening to the waves. The house is as described - small and very well equipped. Within walking distance to restaurants and quaint shops. Located in a residential section of the beach so not a lot of crowds. We would certainly consider going back.

Birthday Getaway

Every spring we go away for my birthday. We chose Maine this year because we hadn’t been up here in over 20 years so we gave it a shot. The location was great. Didn’t realize it was race weekend but we enjoyed cheering on the runners. Will definitely book again if we choose to return to the area.

Great Spot

Great little spot on Wells Beach and a super convenient location to bop around the neighboring towns or take a longer drive up to Portland. The cabin was as described in the listing and could not be more perfect for a getaway. David is super attentive and a gracious host.

Perfect location

This stay was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 1 little one under 2. Such a peaceful location. Super quick walk to the little downtown of Wells, and incredibly easy beach access. The cottage was small but turned out to be the perfect size for what we needed, and was very clean and comfortable. Make sure you bring your own bedsheets and towels! It clarifies this in the rental agreement and we just missed it, but the hosts did a great job accommodating our last minute needs. Will definitely be staying here again.

First time VRBO users, very satisfied!

We loved our stay! The house was exactly as pictured and described. This was our first time renting through VRBO so we didn’t know what to expect, but information provided by the owner was thorough and accurate. We had a few pleasant surprises as well, access to a laundry was included and very helpful when staying at the beach. The house was clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook whatever meals we chose. We were only a few steps from the beach during our stay. We took morning and evening walks on the beach daily. Even though it was a rainy week our proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy every moment possible on it. We live 17 hours from Maine,so proximity to the water was a must and this place did not disappoint. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and all the bedding needed for them was provided. Overall, I gave this location a five-star rating. The owner was using one of the main house units when we arrived and was very friendly and responsive to our inquiries.
