Everything was amazing as usual and walking distance to the Del Bar supper club. Worst part was at about 10pm, weather a malfunction, child, drunk, or someone smoking in a room, the fire alarms went off when we were going to sleep.

It’s a nice hotel. The bathroom felt a bit outdated and the shower curtain was older. It had an hole in it. Also, it said breakfast included but it wasn’t. Had to pay for it.

We were put all they at the last room at the furthest part of the building.which we go in & out often. There was construction workers right out our windows to wake us up early. No fan in the bathroom. It didn't bave two end tables for the bed. The clock was still stuck on an hr ahead. Couldn't fix it. It wasn't a positive stay.

Our stay was horrible and now we are fighting for money back that should not have been charged. The first night a disruptive guest next door kept us up until 2 am. We were not supposed to be charged. We were and now cant get a refund. We asked the following afternoon to check out a day early. They agreed. They also charged us for that day as well. We are trying to get a refund for that. The hotel tells us to call hotels.com. hotels.com tells us to call the hotel since we paid them directly. The manager is never available and half the time they dont answer the phone. Nothing good to say about this place!! Shocking for a Hilton!!

Property was average for the area. Only one hot tub worked properly and pool was dirty. Had issue on last night as well. Someone kicked or punched the door of room and ran down hallway down fire exit.
