Perfect stay, every time.

Love this hotel. Great location. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops and theaters. Luxury feeling hotel at a great price. Rooms are updated, spacious and super comfy beds!! Always our first choice in Madison.

It’s an okay hotel

The hotel was okay. One bank of elevators didn’t work so it took up a lot of time trying to go up and down. Check in was a hassle for a friend that was with us as they did a pre- check in and gave keys and took the credit card but never texted when her room was ready as they promised. When we got back to get her room it’s was almost like she had to check in again. It was wasted time and should not have happened!

Beautiful Hotel

This hotel is really beautiful, comfortable and clean. Great location in downtown Madison. The staff were top notch! Had drinks in the bar--friendly, chic atmosphere. I have nothing negative to say except that I was lucky that this was not a longer stay so I didn't have to wash my hair. The shower water comes out almost dripping and there was no way I would've been able to get the shampoo out of my hair. No hyperbole here, it was the worst water pressure in my 50 year old life.

This was our third time staying in the Governor’s Club and would recommend it to anyone looking for a destination to just relax and enjoy the amenities. We were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and strawberries! How lovely!

We love staying here when coming for the events at the Overture Center…it’s so close!! Great location!! The grass-fed burgers at Circ are very good and the wait-staff is always friendly and attentive. We’ve also enjoyed breakfast on-site at the restaurant as well. Beds are very comfortable and room is updated and clean. We really have enjoyed everything this hotel has to offer and the staff has been wonderful as well! We will continue to keep coming back!

The area was so convenient for downtown options. Parking took you right to an elevator to the hotel, which was great. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. There was a room service option for breakfast, which we didn’t use, but it looked very appealing!
