The staff was excellent, very helpful and accommodating food was great, but it’s too repetitive especially someone staying for a few days or even longer. I would have recommended this hotel but, I GOT BEDBUGS FROM THIS LOCATION IN CAMBRIDGE!!!

This hotel needs to renovate the rooms. The tubs are so dirty (stained) that housekeeping could not possibly get it clean. Taps in the bathroom were so loose. I could Not picture myself even showering in there so I went down to the lobby to see if I could change rooms. (I have never done that before) but the young lady at the desk Elena helped Me by taking Me into probably 5 or 6 rooms to see if there was one that was somewhat better for My liking. We did find one and within 5 minutes I changed Our room. I thanked Her and apologized but This Hotel Definately Needs A lot of TLC.

What I like most about Best Western is that try to resolve any issues you might be experiencing with the property. Their customer service is good and that’s a plus. The hotel serve breakfast which was tasty. Coffee and water is available 24hours.

Lobby is really nice, breakfast is great, pool area is pretty good but rooms are so outdated. Obviously when they were closed for a long time for renovation they didn’t do the rooms. Rooms reminded me of an old motel you would find in the middle of nowhere. Bathtub was pretty much black on the bottom, the caulking was all black around the tub and the shower head barely got you wet. It’s unfortunate because there is a lot of potential. I’ve stayed in many BW Plus and they were all very modern and very clean. This hotel is old and shouldn’t be a BW Plus, maybe just a BW.
