The hotel was fabulous, especially the staff. It was extremely clean and modern. Our spacious guest room had an interesting layout. The outside patio was pretty with plants, flowers and nice outdoor furniture. Several times we walked to nearby Hess Village, a neighbourhood close by that offered a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed several great meals on the patios in this quaint community. Staybridge Suites should feature Hess Village in their local information.

The hotel is lovely with great amenities. Parking garage is small. We loved our suite - big and clean and loved the balcony. Nice breakfast area with lots of options. Not the nicest area of town, but close to a lot of things.

Hotel was clean and very well taken care of. The room was excellent even being beside the elevator. Couldn't hear it. Maybe because we on the top floor. Lots of homeless and drug addicts outside in the parking lot next to the property. But thankfully they have secured underground parking and security measures to enter the hotel. Didn't deter our stay at all. I'd give the hotel and staff 5/5

Best Hotel in Hamilton Downtown

Great Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is awesome. They also offer FREE dinner on Monday - Wednesday Highly recommended & closer to everything in Hamilton. Also great security precautions in the hotel. Radom people just can’t walk in

Upon check in, i was notifed that the 1 bedroom king that i had reserved was not available due to previous clients extending thier stay. My room category was bummped down to thier basic room with a queen beed and desk. Disnt even have the couch. They tried to spin it that seeing we didnt get what we booked we would only be charged the rate for the lesser room. Well i would hope so. They also threw in a 12 dollar bottlenof wine. Feel like it was a bait and switch. They dmsaud they did try and calm me. Well yes they did, 2 hours before our arrival when we were allready just about to the city. Kind of late to make alternitive arrangments. Didnt even leave a message when they called. Second day room cards stopped working. Had to leave my car and wife at the entrance to the parking garage to gonin and have the cards looked at. The desk staff reporgrammed them, went back tk my car and low and behold, they still didnt work. Had to trek back to the desk once again to get new cards. Bed was uncomfortable, duvet kept comming apart. The last factor that made our stay bad was the fact of the homeless, and drug adicts all around the hotel. I know this partnis not thier fault but still dis not make the stay very enjoyable. We ended up calli g our trip short and left with out staying the second night.

Trop chère pour le quartier

Prix trop élevé pour le quartier qui est dans secteur défavorisés de Hamilton avec pleins de gens qui consomment de la drogue et alcool juste a coté de l hôtel la vue de ma chambre donnait sur des junkies
