Great location and house for our stay comprised of multiple families age 6 months to 70! Loved the layout, garage availability, large living/kitchen/dining set up. Hot tub, fire pit, and quiet cul-de-sac all bonuses!

Great location, very comfortable beds & living spaces. Quick turnaround to requesting a new refrigerator water filter. Welcome packet pick-up link was sent to my phone just a few hours before check-in. My phone put it in spam. This break started off stressful. Every other VRBO I've rented has sent check-in info to the VRBO portal and my email.

Great place

My toddler and I stayed here as a short vacation while my husband had work to do elsewhere in Colorado and had my parents join us. It was very clean, well maintained, and quiet. Behind the condos is a walking path near the river and was a terrific bonus! The balcony was fun to watch squirrels from. Very comfortable, mostly toddler friendly (balcony has a few gaps and the railing is climbable), and clean. Whenever we come back to Summit County, we will aim to stay here again!

This home was perfect for our group! There were 14 of us and our dog and plenty of room for that size. The house was well stocked, clean, had great views, and we loved having a trail right outside by the river! Stacy was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit again soon!

Nice condo with pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood close to trails and water activities.
