Clean room. Breakfast provided with good variety.

Hotel was nice and clean. Room was comfortable. Only complaint is when you show up 20 minutes early after driving 2.5 hours to be told it will be an additional $11 to check in early even though he did say they had rooms available. Kind of silly in my opinion so we sat in the lobby and waited 20 minutes, then got up and checked in. I would rather put the $11 in a slot machine.

Everything was too notch

The location and price here are excellent. The service is not. The front desk staff were absent more often than not - I had to wait around for close to an hour and call multiple times before I could check in, and after I got to my room and discovered there was no toilet paper or soap to be found, the front desk employees had vanished. The room also had a strange odor and several areas that clearly had not been cleaned after the last guest. The hotel lobby had numerous messes that hadn't been cleaned up, and had music blasting constantly almost all day (yet the employees were quick to give guests a lecture about making too much noise in their rooms - hypocrisy much?). The front desk staff were rarely available for help, and when they were around constantly cracked dumb, unfunny jokes - "that'll cost you $20!, ha ha ha!" - in response to being asked to fulfill the tiniest of requests. Moreover, when they did decide to be present, they routinely made unsolicited rude comments to guests. Overall I'm still reasonably satisfied - again, the location and price here are incredible - but next time I go on vacation, I'll gladly pay more or get a room further from the ski lifts if it means the place is run with anything resembling professionalism.

First, there was no hot water the entire stay. I checked in around 6 PM and was told the boiler had been turned back on and I would get hot water soon. I waited until 2 AM—still no hot water. The next morning, there was still none. On top of that, the shower wouldn’t drain properly. I called to speak to a manager, but he was not helpful and never followed up. I was unable to take a proper shower the entire weekend. Housekeeping was also a major issue. I had my Do Not Disturb sign on, yet staff entered my room twice without knocking. I told them we were checking out the next day (we had to use Google Translate since they didn’t speak English), and they acknowledged it. Despite that, about an hour later, another housekeeping staff member tried to enter again while I was getting dressed. Thankfully, I had the safety chain on. To be honest, the situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The food at the restaurants was also underwhelming, and prices were extremely high (for example, $10 for a bottle of Fiji water). On the last night, a group of about 10 people were partying loudly in a nearby room for over 2 hours. There was no response from security or management, despite the disturbance. The rooms were somewhat clean, but overall, the experience was unacceptable for the price
