Pass on this one if you can. For what they charge and conditions of the place is straight robbery. Everything from the carpet, to the couches, to the rusted tubs, it's worn down and looks unkept. Our toilet clogged, they didnt provide enough towels for all guests, didnt have enough pillows avaliable, their coffee machine was broken, and they charge an absurd amount for subpar continental breakfast, which other hotel chains offer for free. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

The hotel lobby and my room were excellent and clean. When I drove into the parking lot, there was garbage all over the lot and it was not isolated to one area. Paper cups, bags, napkins and extended all the way up to the bushes around the property. When I first pulled into the lot I was shocked that this is a Hilton. It was a Tuesday and not after a night where lots of partying goes on and hotel had little time to clean up. Gives a beautiful hotel a low mark on curb appeal. I also took the stairs as only on second floor and stairways could have used a vacuuming. A great hotel, I will stay there again, my room was very clean and great staff. Just fix your curb appeal as it does not live up to your name. Pay attention to the areas you think people won’t notice.

Mildew smelling room

The staff were friendly and accommodating but the room smelled of mildew and the bathroom door was off line so it was hard to open and close it and the drainage in the sink caused the water to take awhile to go down. We had a funeral to go to once we got to the hotel so I hoped that once we got back to the room the smell would be gone but that wasn’t the case. We were just too tired to do anything about it. Luckily the beds were comfortable. I did mention it to the staff in the morning.
