A night in transit.

The property seemed brand new. The rooms and bathroom were immaculate and comfortable. Metro station is within 10 mins walking distance, and public busses were aplenty. Perhaps to cut the cost and wastage, toiletries were available upon request. I felt a bit odd because it was the first time I experienced it. Reception desk staff were very helpful in storing and retrieving the luggage.

Great Service

Quick trip to NYC - went with Holiday Inn. The lady at the front desk - I should have asked her name - was wonderful. When I arrived, super tired, she was able to track down that long forgotten IHG number and provide early check in and an upgrade to a suite. My request for upper floor was honoured. The room was clean and quiet. There is a full grocery store within a five minute walk. The way the shuttle works is, you call when you are ready for pick up from LGA and they are there within 15 min. Going back to the airport, I believe the shuttle goes every half hour. I slept through the free breakfast so can’t comment on that, but the hours are 6:30 to 9:30 am, including weekends. Overall, a very nice stay thanks to the kindness of the front desk!

Free shuttle service, complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and overall inside environment are great things that made our stay so worthwhile. We would definitely consider staying again in our next visit. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to visit the area.

False advertisement.. hotel says the rooms have patio's.. they do not... parking is terrible to source. The parking garage charges $40..1st come 1st served basis. Very displeased
