The shuttle bus was a pretty big issue. I waited almost an hour for the shuttle at the airport. It wouldn’t have been an issue but the people at the airport seemed really sketchy and watched me the whole time. Then there was no shuttle today and had to spent $40 on a Lyft to ensure I made my flight. Also tried asking multiple times to extend my stay and finally the 3rd person said that they were completely sold out. The room was okay, but I didn’t like that the door was missing the peephole cover. Looked like someone pulled it off. The towel had hair from a previous person. When walking up to the hotel, it has an F in the window, which I didn’t know how to take. I stayed based on the location to my needs but, I think I’d rather commute than stay in that area again.

No one showed up to drive the shuttle to the airport. I chose this hotel because it advertised complimentary airport shuttle service. I had to pay another $20 to get to the airport.

The room was so clean! The staff was super nice and helpful, we were able to store our luggage since our flight didn’t leave until later in the evening. Breakfast selection and staff were amazing! If I had to pick anything to complain about, the shuttle driver isn’t the friendliest. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
