The suite was perfect and cute. Hotel was very clean and easy to find. The room was spacious for our family of three. Will stay again. Thomas was very kind and professional and greeted us very nicely.

My 7 year old son woke up at 4:30 with hives and itching . I had to put him in shower to help relieve the symptoms. I don't know whether it was detergent used on bedding or left over dog hairs from a previous guest but my son skin reacted to it and we ended up leaving before breakfast even was served since he couldn't go back to bed where he had an allergic reaction. He was fine the rest of the day as we traveled back home.

The facility itself was fine….what wasn’t fine was the charge for parking. This was never disclosed to us. The charge is $13.00 per day to stay at a hotel that you are already paying for! We won’t be returning.

Check in is super late, arrived early and was told that early check in would come with a fee which is crazy because a room was actually available but only if you pay extra. The mattress was so soft and the pillows were non existent. Lastly house keeping never came to clean our room, no clean towels, nothing. Ive never been to a hotel were house keeping didnt house keep.

I was so disappointed with my stay at Homewood Suites. I often stay in KC close to MCI, and have nover had this bad of an experience. I chose this hotel because it had a living room with a fireplace

Our room and areas throughout the hotel smelled like weed. We had a minor maintenance issue and the front desk responded appropriately, but the maintenance person who came into our room was not friendly or professional. The parking fee is absurd. It's not a downtown area where parking is at a premium, it's an airport hotel in a business park. No legitimate reason to charge for parking. Room was smaller than we are accustomed to for this brand.
