I was very disappointed because there was over 200+ guess and only 1 elevator was working. I had to use the stairs and I was on the 6th floor. Also the parking. When I leave and come back I had to wait in my car for over 1 hour to get a parking space. Too many bad kids and parents didn't care about them. Horrible experience with the elevator and parking.

Very clean, nice staff, and beautiful room with awesome oceanfront view. Extremely close to the beach and boardwalk. I had water not flowing through the bathroom sink and the maintenance guy came right away and fixed it. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Our room was beach front, which we paid extra for, it was not cheap, but the room was unkept, all concret when you stepped out (Motel 8 style), with a big dumpster outside of our room, carpet was wet/gross, people below us smoking, even though we asked for a smoke free space, very crowded parking, had to park far away from hotel with 2 young kids, and wi-fi signal was bad. Not going back!

I don't expect any place to be perfect but the issues my family and I had should not have occurred, especially for the extremely high amount of money we paid. As soon as we entered the room, my daughter tried to relax by taking her shoes off. I immediately had her put them back on once I noticed glass slithers all over the floor. I brought this to front desks attention. No apology from them, they just said we'll send house keeping up to vacuum. The mircowave was dirty, used soap on bathroom floor and medication was found behind the dresser. The shampoo and conditioner were completely empty too. Parking couldn't be found once we returned from dinner and we had to continuously drive around until the front desk had an employee came to the parking lot with a flashlight looking at parking passes. We eventually found a spot but the other three vehicles behind us weren't as lucky. And the air conditioning didn't work properly. This was also brought to the front desks attention. They sent maintenence to the room while we were gone. When we returned, it still didn't work and a box fan was on the table. The room size was spacious and the amenities were great but that is not worth the safety and comfortability of my family. If this review prevents at least one family from losing their hard earned money they save all year for a vacation than it was worth writing.

The ocenview room view was beautiful, could use some paint. First thing you see when you open your eyes is the ocean due to the entire wall being glass. Some of the housekeepers are dix. Front desk was pleasant and helpful and the rum shack downstairs has fun staff and strong drinks. Boom, reviewed.
