Amazing large luxurious place with full kitchen

Every Room is a luxury fully equipped luxurious apartment. The bed was amazing, as was the decor.

Please do not waste your money on this hotel

If I could give this hotel a zero I would room was not clean, room is very out of date. The room had an awful smell to it. Customer service was awful. Everything about this hotel was awful. Please book somewhere else but if you have money to waste, this will be the perfect hotel for you.

I’ve stayed here several times and always found it safe and quiet. Has a very strong cigarette smell in hallways. Strange for a non smoking facility. Getting weaker on the hot breakfast compared to years past.

Power was out upon arrival and when it was restored after waiting an hour the concierge took the clients walking thru the door for check in and not the people who had been waiting in the lobby for the hour and then argued with us about why we were upset. Very rude and didn’t even offer water for the wait. Cards had to be reprogram several times and had to ask for amenities like tissue and sugar

The room was in need of lots of TLC. I have had better showers at a campground. There was a strong odor, could’ve been cigar or something worse. I got there late and could not change rooms.

The desk person was having a health issue or was HIGH. Took him 20 minutes to give us the key. He gave us a more expensive room and charged us for it. The bathroom light flickers for 10 minutes before stopping. The toilet wasn't installed correctly on the tile floor and sounded like it was coming off every time you stood up.
