Crap Shoot

When we checked in we asked for more towels to be sent to the room in the morning for our other 2 guests to take showers before the wedding. They never sent the towels. When I called downstairs to ask for towels she asked me to check in the hall with the maid. The maid didn’t have any towels. So I went downstairs to the front desk and the didn’t have any towels either. So she found me some pool towels!!! After showering I needed to use the hairdryer which didn’t work. So I went to the front desk and she took me to a vacant room, which had a broken dryer as well. I then went to another vacant room by myself and found a working dryer. The breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was nasty. The carpet in the room was sticky and felt wet. When we sat on the couch the smell of weed filled the room. The “back door” which is supposed to be accessible with your room key was never locked, not even late at night!!! I don’t recommend this place

Decent place to stay

We found all of the front desk staff to be friendly. The room was comfortable. We thought we would hear the airplanes but once inside we didn’t. Our biggest complaint was that breakfast didn’t seem to get refilled after 8 AM on the weekend.

Changed rooms 3 times Each one was progressively worse then the last . GM ducked all communications for thee days. Had a 4 night reservation only stayed one only because it was 11:30 pm when the last room we were put in. Was too tired to pack and leave for a new hotel.

Stayed for the free airport shuttle only to be told they stopped doing that. Because I booked through Expedia, they wouldn’t refund me so I could stay elsewhere. Carpet was wet/sticky in the room. Coffee packet in room was old and tasted bad.

I was flying out of Wichita and chose this hotel because I could pay $5 per day to park there and “free airport transportation” as advertised both on their website and hotels.com. Stay was fine and I was provided a free Lyft to the airport. Upon my return a week later, I called the hotel per their direction and was told there was a “change in policy” and I would need to get an Uber or Lyft back to the hotel out of pocket. Hotel’s website still says “free airport transportation” and I am trying to get reimbursed $20.96 from the hotel.

When we arrived we were told the pool wasn't working (it wasnt much bigger than a hot tub and was green) our kids were very upset. Hallways were hot, the ice machine didnt work. Breakfast was gross, even the cereal! Very disappointing overall and we definitely overpaid!!

Not recommended

Room smelled bad, floors felt sticky and wet, bathroom was in horrible shape, mold in the shower, door doesn’t open without scraping the floor. Sink fixture is not attached to the counter. The exterior doors are not secured and just anyone can walk in from the back or side. We booked off good reviews and the experience was not good. Female staff was friendly but when the issues were brought to the attention of the male working the desk in the morning denied knowing there was any issue with our room. They charged me $430 including a 100$ hold fee, then the next day charged me another 263$ now I have two charged against my account until the finish “processing.” Never had this issue booking through hotels.com before.

Someone was caught stealing from the marketplace so check in was slow. The room was dirty. You could feel the dirty carpet when you walking with bare feet. The pool was FREEZING. Breakfast was Blah. I would not stay at this property again
