It's convenient and easy for travelling to this hotel from my house. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and helpful. The hotel room is okay but still hear noice from the hall probably need to put something against the door to avoid noise. Spa, bar and restaurant has been refurbished in high standards. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

Wonderful Hotel

Big room and bathroom, lots of walkable attractions, restaurants, and shops, clean, and lots of amenities. The pool is very nice. Gym has all the basics. Quiet. Absolutely loved our stay.

Comfortable stay

Very comfortable, refurbishment of the bar was lovely but prices have gone up because of this. Unfortunately the food is quite expensive and very fancy (they used to do very good pizza). I had a steak ‘sandwich’ which was £19 and tiny - fine for me but a man would’ve been left pretty hungry after. Excellent staff as always

Would recommend!

Had a brilliant stay here! Hotel was in a great location for Waverley station, shops and the theatre. Staff were all so lovely and approachable. Rooms were a good size, well decorated and clean. Breakfast was varied and tasteful. The spa was lush! Only minor issues were that we had booked two twin rooms and neither rooms actually had twin beds. Both had double beds made up. Not a big issue for us as it was a mother and daughter pair staying in both rooms but might not be appropriate for other people. Also the chlorine in the swimming pool was stinging our eyes so badly we could only stay in for 5 minutes. Other people there were struggling too. All in all though, I would definitely stay here again!
