The hotel was in excellent shape. well taken care of. The breakfast was very good as well. Right off of Hwy 54 which was convenient. A slight amount of road noise but not enough to disturb sleep.

We booked a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa. There were sheets on the sleeper sofa, but there was not an extra blanket or pillow. When we checked at the front desk for them they said they had none available. Also, our TV turned on but we couldn’t get any channel to work. Plus it had a large crack in the upper corner. Overall the hotel itself was clean and satisfactory, but the amenities were lacking.

Front desk associates are not very friendly. Room was great, check-in was easy and fast. Housekeeping came into my room while I was gone despite stating I didn’t need it, they took all my towels and that was it. Don’t clean or empty trash and did not give me new towels.

1. Breakfast was lousy and well below the standard I associate with La Quinta. On site, provided breakfast is essential to my road travel lodgings. 2. Front desk staff was unfriendly, non-forthcoming with basic information and felt vaguely hostile. Not a good experience after a six-hour drive. Based on the above, I’ll be looking at different options for my next trip to Wichita.
