Shoddy “updates”. Elevator is a death trap. Breakfast area was dirty and the options were not the best. The gym was terrible. Room was not awful but had broken toilet seat, shower curtain rod was nearly useless so the entire floor was soaked after a shower, ac unit sounded like it was on its last leg.

We not expected to put down an additional $100.00 deposit to secure our rooms. We did have a telephone in our rooms. If we wanted 2 keys for our room there was an additional fee. There was a language barrier between staff and guest.

The check in was ok. We had 2 full size beds. Neither one of them were very comfortable. In fact, one of the beds had what felt like the springs were poking my back as I slept or sat down. Breakfast, was so-so. Eggs were dry and unappetizing.

Don’t go here found bloody hand print on door

This hotel is in need of an update and refurbish. The staff that’s I was greeted by was friendly and up graded our room for our anniversary but when we went to bring our things in there is only one baggage cart for the whole hotel, when we got in the elevator the cart barely fit and we realized that the elevator inspection certificate was out of date. When we started moving we heard the cable ks squeaking like the where kind off track and it was shaking and the left wet floor signs in them at all times. We got to our floor and stepped in the hallway the smell was awful. We then got to our room and at first glance it was nice but needs an up date looks like I walked into an episode of that 70s show or my grandmas living room. We noticed as we started looking around that the coffee table that was pictured on the website by the couch was missing and the ottoman any the chair was missing too. As we started getting settled in and started looking around we discovered a sock under the a/c in the bedroom,weird stains on the wall, broken doorknob on the bedroom door, food behind the entertainment center was food, food toenail clippings on the carpet. When my wife went to use th shower in the master bath the shower head was broke and stuck on the jet stetting, due to her back injury she can’t do jets. Painted over peep hole, office chair was torn badly. And to top the cake there was a bloody hand print over the doorway to the bed room as you go out. I have pics. There’s more but no rm

It was tolerable and not yet to the level of disgust until I saw the vending machine area on one of the floors. Wear and tear is evident all over the place.
Hand towel. Not a good omen for the future status of the property.

Service was absolutely terrible. Our AC did not work, our phone didn’t even have an outlet plug, we had no blow dryer I had holes in my pillow case! No one would help us at eh front desk with anything and he was VERY rude.

Staff was friendly, the room was roomier then expected and the beds are soft and comfortably. However, the bathroom had eyelash clusters on the floor. So did they sweep and mop the floor that made us erie about the cleanliness of our beds. Make up mirror was shattered on one side. But was upsetting is at breakfast no forks to eat with or cups for the coffee available. Dirty tables, counters and food area. The desk kept telling everyone that they will be available shortly. So we checked out earlier then wanting, just to go feed our kids. Maybe this was just a rearity from lack of staff or just an bad day.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for four nights during NCAA tournament. We had a family suite during that time. Overall, the room was fine for us. However, the rest of the hotel was generally dirty everywhere. It was hard to understand the staff, as they seemed to have come directly from India. We appreciated that the hotel had breakfast included in the rate, but the food was generally poor. Milk was sour, very low quality, food, poor quality, coffee, and utensils that were always missing. In general, the breakfast was not worth eating. The main benefit of this hotel is the location not far away from the downtown arena. We booked this room on Expedia. We found out when we got home, but the hotel had also charged us double for the room that we stayed in after calling back multiple times to get this problem resolved, we had to contact our credit card in call this transaction as fraud. I do not recommend staying here.
