We checked in with 3 people, there were only towels for 2 people in a 6 person room. The TV would not work. When I tried to call the front desk for help, I discovered that the phone cord was missing, so it did not work. After going to the front desk to get help housekeeping was sent up. The remote to the TV was actually missing, so they had to get a new one, but they never fixed the phone or brought towels. Day two I tracked down a maid and got the towels myself. All day they were drilling right outside our door, making an awful racket. 9am to 4 pm. There was a weird leak from the wall in the bathroom. Related to the drilling? Not sure. Our room was never cleaned, and our trash was overflowing. I could not call the desk, so went to talk to them again, and was told that housekeeping only worked on Thursday. We were their Wed-Monday. Told them we needed to get rid of our trash, and he said call housekeeping. I explained we could not because no phone. He was rude at this point, and said he would call them. They never came. I finally had to take out the trash myself. Charged about 100$ in fees above the Expedia price. For what? Me to be my own housekeeper? The fitness area is gross and dirty, and of the four machines only 2 work. Most of the weights were missing. The breakfast was not good, after the first morning we ate elsewhere.

The place was infested with cockroaches. As soon as we entered the building it smelled like sewage. The hallways were dirty and unkept. The towel for the room were minimal and they had the floor mats as hand towels. We ended up leaving the first night and accepting our losses. The room was roach infested, we grabbed our stuff and told the front desk. They didn’t seem shocked. They offered a different room but we declined.

Location relative to downtown and where I had plans was great and the only positive honestly. Hotel appears to be going through renovations. Everything is half done. The room was half clean. The toilet seat was even half attached. I was approached for change/cigarettes before I made it in. They charge an additional $5 for security but I didn't see any. First room the air was stuck on heat and tv didn't work so I walked down and they luckily changed my room. Second room was better in the fact everything worked but it was obvious they don't clean well/regularly. Based on room cleanliness I didn't even try breakfast. I guess if you're just looking for a place to sleep it's okay. But I wouldn't recommend it. If you need to shower make sure you let the front desk attendant know because they only give you one towel for a double bed for four people.

Low price, clean, but housekeeping timing was inconsistent. The restaurant provided complimentary Continental breakfast with some hot options, but never appeared to be open for lunch or dinner. The business center was one laptop. Documents had to be emailed and could only be printed grayscale. Staff tried to be helpful and the front desk was staffed off hours.

Toilet in first room didn't function at all; desk clerk actually asked me if I wanted to stay in that room. Huh?? How about NO. Elevators were janky, second room's TV didn't work (no biggie) and rooms weren't terribly clean or well-stocked. Fine enough to sleep but wouldn't stay there again by far.

it was definitely a 88 dollar hotel. it wasn’t bad tho. it was nice but could definitely use some maintenance. like the sink in the room the handle was broken off already and when I went to turn it on it like flew off and you could tell it was previously broken

My family and I just stayed for a night and we really appreciate how quiet it was. It was also clean, and there was plenty of parking space. The receptionist was also friendly.
