As far as my stay is concerned, the only things I thought needed improvement were: the shower needed 2 safety bars, the beds needed much softer pillows, we needed place settings for 6 - had to wash the dishes too many times - not good for the environment, and 4 sets of towels in the bathrooms. However, our stay was excellent and I would gladly book to stray again. Staff that greeted us were very pleasant on check-in.

Everything was clean and spacious. I only stayed for one night for a running race so I didn’t have time to check out the beautiful grounds. I would have loved to have taken a shower afterwards but checkout was at 10 so I had to go home all sweaty which is not comfortable. I was also shocked at the long line to register but everyone was kind and helpful.

The town house set up was wonderful (3 bed rooms). Great for families, place was spotless. We were there for Jamestown/Williamsburg and a Day at Bush Gardens for Halloween Resort had plenty of things to do even in chilly weather, indoor pool was great option for resort day and a ghost tour at property. Price was wonderful at 150 a night for a entire 3 bedroom townhouse that slept 8. Temps and leaves were wonderful get fall escape and education and fun at the same time. Reg hotel for 3 rooms , would be have been out of my price range. Ty for a great stay Love ❤️ NANA

The room jad not been properly cleaned. We found large paper confetti and a large fishing hook in the carpet of he bedroom. The floors of the unit were uneven and soft from previous water damage. The shower curtin was to long and a trip/fall hazard. The staff was aware of the uneven soft floor and the shower curtin issue. I was informed that until a guest complains they won't fix it. I call that a safety liability and possible lawsuit for negligence.

We did not eat there, so I cannot comment on the coffee place or the restaurant. All the staff were nice and helpful. Check in was pretty quick for as long as the line was. The unit was spacious. The resort itself looked nice. It was close to everything. One complaint is that every pillow in the unit was extremely thick and so only suitable for a side sleeper. In fact, it was so thick that I was not comfortable using any of them to sleep with on my side or in any way. I think all hotels should provide both thin and thick pillows so everyone is covered. The only reason I will not return is there was no water pressure. If you have hair more than one inch long, it will take what feels like an hour to wash, rinse, condition and rinse it. This place is fine for those who do not need to wash their hair while there or who are bald. Thank goodness I only needed to wash my hair once while there!
