It was very busy during check in but the staff did a great job. The room was very large and clean. The pillows were small but the beds were very comfortable. The room itself was further from the pool than expected and the pool was pretty crowded so we didn't bother with it. The location is good- lots of stuff to do nearby.

At check-in they were really rude also I wasn’t sure what VIP meant because you have to take out your own trash to the dumpster, I asked for cleaned towels and I was told every 3 days, no screen on the patio door if you wanted fresh air without bugs or creatures coming inside, neither phone worked and the one in the bedroom didn’t even have any cords just sitting there collecting dust, the people upstairs were very noisy, I asked for a floor unit because of my knees and the washer and dryer is upstairs to share with the others in the unit… I never seen that before at a resort, we asked for more trash bags and paper towels you also have to go out to get those so basically we spent our four day vacation going out getting things and taking out the trash…

We had a good stay. The full kitchen helped save money by being able to make meals. Kids enjoyed the inside and outside pool along.with all the activities. Unfortunately the pool was closed one night due to storm.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Will Not Return

I stayed one night while in Williamsburg for a family gathering and had a terrible experience. Check-in took over 25 minutes with a long line and unprofessional staff, including the manager. The room was dirty — the shower and tub were disgusting, the room smelled like body odor, and I had to open all the windows. The TV didn’t work, the beds were hard and noisy, and I killed seven bugs in one night. Check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM is unreasonable, and they deactivate your key exactly at checkout time. This property may work for some depending on expectations, but I will never return or recommend it.
