Every member of the staff that we saw in passing, or had longer conversations with, was extremely nice and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the Wilmington Best Western Plus and will definitely stay there again. Great breakfasts too!

The checkin was not great. I had to wait at the desk for over 5 minutes before the person showed up. She was sullen and not the least friendly. When we came back from dinner a little after 9pm, the parking lot was completely dark. Again, there was nobody at the desk to advise of this safety issue. As 2 single senior l women, I felt very unsafe.

I like the comfort of the room and the free breakfast. Had a view of the pool which was dirty and uninviting. No one went near it while I was there (probably too cold also). Also, room was never cleaned while we were there.

Aside for the cleanliness and convenience, the defining feature for my decision to book this property was how respectful and caring the staff was in the phone. Once I arrived, this was confirmed by how afable and helpful everyone in staff was. I noticed my fridge was not working and a new one was installed immediately! That’s what I call five star service.

They put us in a room that was actually across from the kitchen and pretty much in the lobby/breakfast area!! Heard them cooking every morning at 5:30 and all the guest eating at 7!!! This should not be a guest room!!!

The employees were all lovely- helpful and super friendly. We checked in quite late for an unexpected stay and they got us in smoothly and quickly. Beds super comfy, rooms and hotel clean, excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again!
