The Mizumi Restaurant was exceptional and the staff were great. Our room with the hot tub on the balcony was amazing, so peaceful and relaxing, would definitely come back again

Was ok

Our expectations were high after reading reviews but we was slightly disappointed.. although was an ok weekend. The spa was packed, dark and no where to sit. Also to get out of the jacuzzi everytime you want to walk to wall and switch on .. not very relaxing The room was lovely and clean - slightly cold overnight - was left eyegel on pillow which had no protective end and was clearly used and it was empty (very unhygienic) the Elmis in the bathrooms is obviously pre filled small bottles again no protective top - (I have used exactly the same at another spa which had foil seals under the screw lid.. luckily we could just use the soap .. the bathrobes are cheap feel also not luxuriously The fusion restaurant was nice although the waitress didn’t smile once - breakfast good choice Like I say was ok - will we back - unfortunately not - not worth the money

The hotel staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. We had a room upgrade from ground floor to 236. The room was quite basic, no fridge, the shower was so weak and water took awhile to heat up however the bed was very comfy. There were cobwebs in the bathroom corner ceilings and the mirror was a little dusty. On the 2nd night, the balcony below the window (outside hot tub) were very loud with music on and kept us up until 1.30. The spa was overcrowded and couldnt get a seat. The hotel had lovely touches with a bentley for a ride into the village and umbrellas at the door which we used. Breakfast was really good too plenty of choice.

Stunning place, room was amazing!

The room was unbelievable and the view stunning! Had the most amazing time celebrating my birthday and felt extra special with a glass of Prosecco when we arrived and birthday card in the room. The staff were also really lovely and restaurants food was delish!

This is a really lovely, comfortable hotel in great location. Beautifil decor, great views. Staff are very attentive and welcoming. Greeted with a welcome drink and an upgraded room with a hot tub. Nice spa very relaxing. Food in the mizumi restaurant was delicious with lovely surroundings and great service. We would definately return, a fabulous experience.
