Our room was dirty and we had to leave because we found a bed bug. We showed the front desk a video and picture and she agreed it was a bed bug. The shower was gross and the floors were dirty.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel for the weekend. The staff were very unhelpful, not at all there to make someones stay pleasant.

Staff was friendly, check in was simple. Room Wingate secure with key. It is a little noisy - sound from hallway, outside and could even hear someone talking on the phone in the next room. I did not visit pool so can’t comment on that. Overall it was good value for what I paid. It’s just an older place.

There were several rooms around my room 207. That had multiple adults and children being very loud with doors still left open well after 11:00 pm. Children still running in the hallway well after 11:00. As well as a number of people or children in the hallway at 2:30 in the morning.

I love staying here when I come from Canada for a short getaway but this time was different, only complain is our room was super HOT! They did bring us a fan but it was still very hot. Air circulation wasn’t great! Just a bad room this time around. Also water slides & arcade were closed down first day we came !
