The property and hotel and staff were great. Unfortunately, there were human faecal stains on my bed that I did not notice until I was checking out in the morning. I’ve brought this to the attention of the general manager of the hotel, who has basically said he’s not doing anything about it And basically said they weren’t there even though I have pictures of them and gave them to him. I am demanding a full refund an apology from that hotel.
