I arrived around midnight at YWG. The front door of The Grand was frozen shut so I ended up trying to get in the hotel using the doors of the hotel next door…and even then had to walk further as their doors were locked too. I wish they had informed guests of the problems before arrival; it was storming a bit so it was very cold and windy. I hope they get their exits fixed soon. Isn’t this a safety issue? Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. Doors still were an issue leaving, though!

Bell Boy on Dec 13 went above and beyond to help us get luggage carts etc. We had a group of 14 in 4 rooms so there was a lot of luggage. Hotel is beautiful and it is perfectly located when flying out. We were very impressed with everything.
