The apartment was nicely decorated but very dusty (triggered my and another guest's hayfever). Other than that, it was tidy and comfortable. Pool was great! Walkable to dining options and exhibition centre.

The location of the apartment was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants and the south bank area. We had an apartment on the 11th floor with a good view of the city. The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The apartment itself was basic and kind of bleak with no decor to speak of. We were given 2 towels, 2 washcloths and 1 hand towel for 2 people for 5 days. Washer & Dryer in the unit, thankfully. The shower door leaked and there was a large puddle on the floor after every shower. It was clean, however.

City views make for a great stay

I like staying there. The views are excellent and it's very convenient to the city, Southbank and Suncorp Stadium. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of the two single beds pushed together as a king bed. The room wasn't made either.

City views were great, walk to the city or along Southbank. Nice sauna, gym and the pool is a decent size. All in all the apartment was nice just the hot water for early morning shower was lacking.

But of a tricky one. It wasn’t terrible but definitely not worth the money. Particularly the elevator situation that wasn’t communicated until you arrive. Yeah not bad but wouldn’t pay more than 200 a night

Overall, the experience was good. The 2 things that really let down the visit was that fact that our key fob only worked in one lift, which meant at times we would wait for roughly 10 minutes just to get to our room or down from our room. There was no offer of a replacement fob when I brought it up with the front desk staff. It was just brushed off with comments about how it happens often and that someone would be there on the Tuesday following our visit to fix the broken elevator. Neither of these things helped us while we were there. The second thing was listening to the unit above us party until 2:30am when these apartments state they are 'strictly no partying'. Not to mention said people were throwing things off the 15th floor balcony. The positives were the location, the comfy beds and awesome pool and gym area.

Property was not serviced well, chopping board had mould, shower frames were mouldy, broken chair not removed or replaced, oven trays were not cleaned really dirty, there were some suspicious people hanging around the outside of the property. I contacted the property via email attaching photos of my concerns, it took them 5 days to get back to me
