Conveniently located just across the street from the clubhouse, this condo offers easy access to all the resort amenities.

Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.

Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.

Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.

Great property. The only issues we had were with all three toilet flushers. They were extremely hard to flush. The one handle broke during our stay. We had to lift the tank lid to flush the toilet.

Excellent in every way. Check-in and check out easy, communication with owner great, condo as described, and location was close to Dells downtown and other activities (golf, walking trails, restaurants, etc). We had a wonderful time and would recommend resort to others. Absolutely no complaints!

Such a great cozy little place. Rooms are big and all clean and so fresh. Loved that the windows all open and have great air flow for those crisp mornings. We had a great stay!

Full dust everywhere had to use blankets to cover windows in bedroom the blinds were broke. Former guests comb in the tub. Cob webs in the door frames After cleaning twice and leaving it in better shape I think my cleaning fee should be returned. I would return but will request to review the roombfiedt

I had a great time here. The condo was even better in person. My guest and I definitely enjoyed our stay. It was so nice just having our own space. The beds were absolutely amazing. I had the best sleep in them. They were perfect! We are planning to come back in the summer. I truly did not want to leave.

We were very pleased with our condo. Nothing was lacking .

We had three families staying at the condo and everything we needed was there we enjoyed the club pool at night and it was an overall great condo and all the extras they supplied. Will definitely suggest to others and more than likely to book again!!!
