This was our 4th time staying here and everything was great. We know we can rely on coming here and the room is clean and service is friendly. The morning breakfast is a huge perk too. The location is very convenient, near all attractions in the Dells, including shopping and dining.

We arrived late at night and it was difficult to actually enter the building since the door was locked. After multiple attempts to gain access by ringing the bell, we needed to call the front desk to get help.

The room seemed clean but then we found a used bath towel in the bathroom before we used it. The fridge didnt seem to cool very quickly. The breakfast dining room wasnt very clean, the carpet had debris in it that was not just from breakfast. The pool area seemed clean but is only deep enough for young children. Our room was quiet and the exterior of the building seemed clean. The breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious!

Great location, great service, nice rooms.

There was a tornado wRning as we were checking in. The manager offered an inside conference room to wait out the storm, since we weren't in our room yet. It was above and beyond for service.

Great Stay

Comfy and spacious room. Breakfast was also great. The only minor complaint I have is that the light switch to the shower/toilet was on the outside of the doorway, so my 4yo liked having me shower in complete darkness :) If you even consider that a complaint!
