The staff members were professional, friendly and helpful. It was an outstanding stay, a lovely surprise in an airport hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable as well as quiet. The breakfast was abundant and full of healthy choices; dinner the night before was delightful.

Quite bad cost performance. So disappointed. A drop of shower water didn’t come in the morning and guests had to wash teeth with bottle of water we bought. Hotel didn’t say anything and no compensation. It is not worth for the value.

We didn’t know there was an airport shuttle but after seeing us walking the shuttle staff stopped to ask if we were staying at Verde and helped us into the van with luggage. Very friendly staff throughout the stay and a great breakfast with a lot of choice! I would highly recommend staying to others

Check in was a disaster. I checked “pay at hotel” on Hotels.com. Many days before arrival, they sent me an email requiring prepayment. I went ahead and paid. When I arrived, they had no record of my payment. I had to go through the trouble of proving payment to them. How can Hotels.com allow a hotel to require prepayment when “Pay at Hotel” has been selected. After a 16 hour flight, this was a real annoyance. It must not be allowed.
