There is nothing unique with this property. Second time at this property and will be my last. The room was way below acceptable for the price I paid. The room itself is need of repairs (sink in bathroom is really slow to drain. Smoke detector needs batteries. The tile around jacuzzi needs repaired. The carpets needs replaced. The pillows are feathered with not enough feathers to make it full pillow. I had to ask for three additional pillows. Went to check out and nobody was available (after ringing bell three times).

Never staying here again

The first room we were put in wasn’t clean/beds weren’t made. The second room had a door that wouldn’t lock. The third and final room we were put in smelled bad, had a whole wall of outlets that didn’t work, had 1 working light and the bathroom was so gross, I wore flip flops to shower. If we had somewhere else to stay, we would have.

The smells inside of the room was really bad. We couldnt stay not one hour, floor was filty with stuff spilt on the floor. Absolutely disgusting

This property is not kept. The halls and rooms smell like smoke. The room we had was atrocious. Every linen on the bed was dirty, stained, or burnt through. The walls were so dirty. I called the front desk to let them know about the bedding, so they sent “housekeeping” up…she came in out of breath, handed me new sheets, came in and SAT on one of the beds and tried to make conversation with my friend, seemed to be hitting on her. I can’t even imagine what the mattresses would have looked like had I stayed and changed the sheets. The whole experience there grossed us out, so within 10 minutes of being there we asked for a refund. The kid at the desk kind of laughed about it and handed me a receipt.

Staff was helpful about needs. Nobody present during Check in.not answereing phone one Bell. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, blankets had several burn holes. Surface of some furniture had a greasy Film. No Towels or washcloths in bathroom.

My room had a smell, there was a couple burn holes in the sheets a big stain on the blanket and on the comforter. I wasn’t told not to take the toilet paper out of the door in the bathroom if I do I will be locked in and that’s how I found out about getting locked in. Had to use tweezers to unscrew the door handle to get out. Was told I’m the 2nd person to say that they have been locked in the bathroom. Then the housekeeper walks in the room at 9:40am well before check out time without knocking.
